How much pork do you get?

A side of pork will be about 70lbs of meat.

How much freezer space do I need?

For a half pork you will need 2-3 cubic feet in your chest freezer.

For a whole pork you will need about 5 cubic feet.

How do I get my meat?

When you place your order and make your deposit you will choose a pick-up/delivery location. We will be in touch with you when your meat is ready and let you know when we will be at your location.

When do I get my meat?

We currently harvest twice a year. In the spring (March/April) and in the fall (November). We will be in touch with you once you place your deposit to confirm when your pork will be available for pick up/delivery.
